Job Title: Medicare Customer Service Representative

Location: Phoenix,AZ 85001

Duration: Permanent /Full Time

Shift Timing: M-F (Remote)

Pay Range 18 to 22/hr

NOTE: Looking for Mandarin bilingual candidates only


  • Work on inbound and outbound calls

  • Process Medicaid and Claims requests

  • Address customer service issues via phone, email, chat, and TEAMS.

  • Ensure clear documentation of all customer communications.

  • Educate callers to achieve first-contact resolution.

  • Interact proficiently through multiple channels: Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS.

Hiring Requirements

  • 2 year(s) of experience in claim processing, customer service, call center, health insurance, medical office, or any other healthcare-related field

  • Associate's Degree /HSD in general field of study

  • Advanced/Intermediate bilingual (Mandarin/English) skill in verbal communication
