Job Title: Medicare Customer Service Representative
Location: Phoenix,AZ 85001
Duration: Permanent /Full Time
Shift Timing: M-F (Remote)
Pay Range 18 to 22/hr
NOTE: Looking for Mandarin bilingual candidates only
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work on inbound and outbound calls
Process Medicaid and Claims requests
Address customer service issues via phone, email, chat, and TEAMS.
Ensure clear documentation of all customer communications.
Educate callers to achieve first-contact resolution.
Interact proficiently through multiple channels: Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS.
Hiring Requirements
2 year(s) of experience in claim processing, customer service, call center, health insurance, medical office, or any other healthcare-related field
Associate's Degree /HSD in general field of study
Advanced/Intermediate bilingual (Mandarin/English) skill in verbal communication
