​Job Description:

Summary:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategists, analysts, program managers, delivery managers, creative marketing and execution partners on assigned projects and build relationships with stakeholders throughout the marketing campaign development process.

• Develop an understanding of multiple personalization objectives, their interactions with one another and the content requirements to support those communication goals.

  Consolidate tests and scaled programs into a cohesive, executable plan that you will document in a project workbook to act as the single source of truth for all partners to reference.

• Attend (and sometimes lead) cross-functional meetings to share & gain alignment on plans developed in a way that leads to flawless execution and delivers expected learnings for future campaigns.

• Strategic point of contact to help resolve issues that arise during the project execution phase.

• Communicate with 3rd party providers regarding upcoming campaigns to ensure proper scheduling and deployments.

• Review live proofs and target counts as the final stage of approval before deployment to customers.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and plans to mitigate any risks

•  1+ years of related experience in marketing campaign, project or program management

•  A profound interest to learn about personalization marketing and the intricacies involved in bringing our messages to the custom

•  Obsessed with ensuring optimal customer experiences

•  Shown ability to collaborate well with a diverse group of people

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

•  Ability to work across multiple, simultaneous projects with high time demands

•  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications

•  Proven track record of delivering high levels of service to internal and external customers
