Job Description:

• Works with Supervisor and/or Creative leads to create/maintain and enforce necessary workflow process/studio guidelines, creates and refines production project schedules, consulting the manager of production design and project managers as needed. 

• Distributes and monitors schedules and keeps team apprised of potential pitfalls in achieving agreed-upon schedules, works with Supervisor and/or manager of production design to.

• Prioritize/reprioritize work as needed. Project manages templated/production/reoccurring related projects (ads, posters, Investment Confidence Index, etc.) directly with the client.

• Bachelor's degree and 1 - 3 years of experience in print production/coordination

• Self-motivation and natural curiosity towards detail

• Calm under pressure and able to work within tight deadlines

• Intermediate PPT, Word, Excel, and Project skills

• Previous experience with WorkFront or similar workflow tools and understanding of Events and Conference management a plus.
