Job Description:

  • Should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Mac Support 

  • Should possess Strong knowledge and understanding of MacOS concepts

  • Should demonstrate fault-finding philosophy

  • Should be thorough in Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Mac OS X Clients

  • Should diagnose Mac hardware issues and proficient in providing L2 level Macsupport both in person and remotely

  • Prefer to have familiarization of JAMF administration and JAMF Server management skill – or willing to learn

  • Should create Configuration profiles for application kernel and system extensions,

  • Should have gone through at least 6 cycles of OS Patching and its remediation workflow

  • Preferred to have bash / python / swift shell scripting knowledge

  • Preferred to have Windows desktop support knowledge
