Job Description:

Top 3 Skill Sets:

• Knowledge of Logistics/supply chain/transportation, problem-solving, Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, good verbal, and written communicator

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Years of experience: Minimum two years within logistics/supply chain industry

• Under supervision of the manager, this position is responsible for a transactional part of the logistics cycle for all client products; such as track & trace, forecast/planning, internal support, and system management (NERP/TMS/WMP)

• Communicate and coordinate between customers pick-up carriers, factory, and customer

• Ability to create dynamic reporting for key measureable and performance tracking

• Provide analysis and report through data process and maintenance (forecast, routing, KPI/OTRQ, container and load management)

• Oversee empty container assignment and manage monitor status / planned export of loaded trailers

• Daily status tracker and trailer load reports sent to customer and carriers

• Coordinate loads from carrier yard to MX factory to customer DC/DDCs

• Troubleshoot yard issues in alignment with container yard team

• Assist in coordination with Supply Chain Planners for both TV & Display to meet deliver / month end goals

• Investigate and analyze short pay; obtain documents (POP/BOL)

• Work in a continuous improvement spirit across highly-matrix working environment
