​Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Daily intake of commercial documents received from the mailroom and scanning documents into the current automated Letter of Credit and Trade Services system.

  • Manage the orderly safekeeping of original commercial documents received in the manner prescribed by Letter of Credit and Trade Services Management.

  • Resolution in a timely manner of inquiries received from internal and external clients regarding the receipt of commercial documents.

  • Endorsement of all original title documents as instructed by customers. 

  • Basic knowledge of letter of credit is needed if doesn’t have not extensive experience with it

  • Required skills - Document recollection, Account information, Document handling, Scanning expert

  • Ability to work overtime when required.
