Job Description:
Should have an experience in any one area - Brand protection, Intellectual Properly Enforcement OR Legal Matter Management
Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field.
4-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
Previous software development experience.
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibility:
Liaison between business and development teams for digital transformation & engineering projects for Legal Operations or Brand Protection or Intellectual Property Enforcement.
Identify and prioritize the use cases, and stories and perform AS IS. TO BE analysis, define wireframes, detailed design, and user experience.
Document requirements by creating use cases, user stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), class diagrams, Entity-Relationship (ER) diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.
Gather and analyze technical and functional information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
Perform complex & large data analysis, data validation & functional reviews to evaluate & test the solution.
Integrate user-friendly content in illustrations, graphs, and infographics for enhanced user experience.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
Create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation.
Test both the product and its documentation for accuracy and consistency.
