Job Description:

  • Support day to day management of training requests.

  • Responsible for electronic Learning Management System (eLMS) administrative tasks including but not limited to troubleshooting, testing, and uploading of courses into the LMS, maintenance of curricula, creating and managing user accounts.

  • Run eLMS reports on an ad hoc basis.

  • Assist with data analysis of LMS data for training projects using tools such as Excel and PowerBI.

  • Assist with keeping training material repository updated.

  • Support training projects as needed.

  • Provide customer support to employee.


  • The ideal candidate will have experience with LMS system(s) - (SAP Success Factors STRONGLY PREFERRED).

  • Proven excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

  • Perform as a team player with good customer service skills.

  • Experience with technical IT background (strongly preferred).


  • At least an Associates Degree required

  • BA/BS Degree in related field preferred
