Work collaboratively to identify career experience needs, develop solutions, and gain buy-in around new and existing career experience initiatives.
Create, manage, track and report on career experience programs and initiatives that meet the needs of Client’s employees around the world and at different stages of their careers, in order to drive career experience strategy.
Work with the HRBPs and L&D partners to support business and/or region-specific career development initiatives. Ensure consistency with our Career Journey philosophy and drive cross-functional learnings, efficiencies and initiatives.
Work with communications and branding teams to develop and drive campaigns and initiatives that increase awareness of career growth at Client and our Career Experience initiatives, and to tell a cohesive story of career development.
Work with a variety of HR teams and business leaders to develop internal mobility philosophy, guidelines and processes. Drive education around an enhanced internal mobility experience.
Measure and assess the impact of our Career Experience initiatives, in partnership with our People Analytics Teams, and continuously improve Client’s career experience offerings.
A minimum of 10 years experience in Learning & Development, Career Development, and/or Talent Management.
Expertise in managing learning and/or career development projects and programs.
Consulting and partnering skills with HR and business leaders.
Subject matter expertise in development and career growth.
Exceptional project management skills: good follow-through on goals, plans, and projects.
Exceptional analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible, able to work autonomously, as well as take direction as needed.
