Job Description:

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in Learning & Development, Career Development, and/or Talent Management.

  • Expertise in managing learning and/or career development projects and programs.

  • Consulting and partnering skills with HR and business leaders.

  • Subject matter expertise in development and career growth.

  • Exceptional project management skills: good follow-through on goals, plans, and projects.

  • Exceptional analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible, able to work autonomously, as well as take direction as needed.

  • Exceptional ability to build and enhance cooperative working relationships.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities.

  • Technological proficiency – word, powerpoint, excel, tools for working virtually.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience program managing learning and career development initiatives across geographically dispersed audience groups.

  • Experience with marketing, branding and/or communications campaigns.

  • Experience with a Learning Management System, Workday, and/or a Learning Experience Platform.

  • Experience with Diversity & Inclusion.
