Job Description:

Daily Task:

• Combination of Business Analyst and Project Manager, primarily focused on implementing a CRM for Fixed Income.

• It will require to handle project reporting and BAU enhancements.

• The individual will work collaboratively with lead project manager, developers (vendor) and internal stakeholders to ensure the system functionality meets the business needs and implemented effectively. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements. 

• Prioritizing enhancement requests appropriately to mature and enhance Clients  application capabilities.

• Working on enhancements and projects.

• Ensuring that requirements are consistently clear and well documented. 

• Ensuring that project rigor is in place for the planning, status reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects. 

• Implementing leading practices for user experience, platform configurations, license management, and business processes. 

Skills: 

• 3+ years of BA experience with any or all of the following platforms is preferred: ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft O365, SharePoint, and  Confluence.

• 3+ Years of CRM Support Experience.

• 3+ Years of Data Analysis Experience.

• Well versed in SQL and Relational Databases: Database Design and SQL Server / Snowflake.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal and communication skills.

• High motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently. 

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to multi-task.

• Collaborative team player and relationship builder.

• Knowledge of Datazoic’s “Prism” CRM System a plus.

• Strong Excel Spreadsheet Skillset.
