About the Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Jr. Data Security Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer records and data associated with the Individual Book of Record (IBOR). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our data quality efforts through meticulous review, resolution of tasks, and proactive communication. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our data remains impeccable, making a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities:

Daily review and resolution of tasks related to duplicate/linkage using the Initiate TM Inspector Tool.
Analyze tasks including potential overlays, duplicates, linkages, and review identifiers, following established workflow hierarchy.
Update tasks according to set procedures and guidelines, meeting quality metrics expectations.
Communicate clearly and promptly about production issues and their business implications.
Notify Data Steward/Manager of errors and potential problems, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Uphold confidentiality of information and adhere to organizational and departmental policies.
Perform other assigned duties with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data and make informed choices.
Prior analytical experience, including data and process analysis, preferred.
Excellent time management skills, coupled with organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience in customer data analysis is advantageous.
