Description:

  • Experience with diagnosing network issues and configuring devices for accessing wireless networks

  • Must have experience troubleshooting tier one Mac and Windows OS and related experience supporting email and desktop applications.

  • Strong in computer skills (Windows 10, Mac OD, iOS) - installs, configs, updates, patches

  • Strong software skills - Microsoft Office accounts, configs, and use. 

  • Experience with Printer configurations and settings.
