• Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

• Individual will be responsible for providing application services to meet SCE business needs in the Transmission and

• Distribution (T&D) portfolio and will provide oversight and strategic direction to the Manage Service Provider (MSP) to ensure efficient service delivery to T&D business users.

• In addition, the resource oversees the operational work to ensure application stability and drive and improve application service delivery to meet business needs.

• Accountable for the outcomes and experiences of their business client base and are also accountable for management of the operational relationship.

• Manages business relationships and liaises with the business units to establish stronger communication and drive towards collaboration and innovation.

• In addition, the individual follows up on application services and problem escalations and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the application service process.

• In addition, the resource will ensure the vision and implementation of DevOps, Agile, Lean, and Kanban tools and services.

Required Skills/Attributes:

• Prior T&D experience and/or knowledge in the electric utility industry.

• Experience in working in IT Operations in a managed services environment.

• Understands the agile workflow process and ensures business requirements and technical requirements are clearly documented and aligned.

• 7 years of technical experience in application development & maintenance, Integration systems, databases, and job scheduling environment and service management experience and operational responsibility of multiple applications and database environments

• Experience with having technical conversations or making technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desired Skills/Attributes:

• Good understanding of T&D Applications such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD Map3D, ClickSchedule, SPIDA, SAP PO, their related Interfaces, and databases HANA, Oracle, SQL

• Determines the operating mode (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall, Product Lines, Value Streams, and SOX compliance) required to carry out operational initiatives, break fixes and enhancements
