  • The Enterprise Applications (EA) team is core to delivering key projects and initiatives to enable CLIENT business evolution in a fast-changing Media and Entertainment market.


  • We are looking for an experienced IT finance project manager to support our Enterprise Application IT Finance team. This project manager will lead a variety of projects related to our Enterprise Application IT Finance organization and should have SAP and Finance Business process knowledge. This role requires an excellent balance of project management expertise with a knowledge of financial processes, systems, and operations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver project management execution of IT finance projects and be involved at every stage of the project.

  • Develop schedules, timelines, and allocation plans that support enterprise application IT Finance & business objectives, resources, and project deliverables.

  • Lead project-level communications and prepare executive level updates. Communicate effectively across all levels of leadership.

  • Create accountability amongst project team members to drive on-time delivery of project tasks and deliverables.

  • Partner cross-functionally to integrate new systems/vendors and track the management of system upgrades or changes.

  • Partner closely with the IT Finance and the Finance business stakeholder by building key relationship and establish key engagements and rhythms.

  • Partner with the SAP COE and Engineering team to ensure that upgrades and enhancement are coordinated across the financial system and aligns to business needs and requirements.


  • 4-6 years of experience in project management for finance and/or IT Finance systems.

  • Proven track record executing and delivering finance projects successfully.

  • Proficiency with core SAP financial systems.

  • Experience with other financial tools is a plus but not necessary; such as Concur, TRAX,etc.

  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

  • Experience managing financial systems implementations and integrations.

  • Proficiency in MS Project

  • Basic understanding of JIRA and ServiceNow a plus.

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts and processes.

  • Proven ability to lead and launch projects through design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.

  • Strong business partnering and cross-functional leadership skills.
