About the Opportunity:

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for driving change and innovation? Do you possess expert knowledge in IT Service Management, ServiceNow, and process improvement? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of complex IT Change Management initiatives, providing professional leadership, relationship management with internal IT partner teams, and ensuring the governance of IT Change Management and other ITSM practices.

As a key player in our organization, you will exercise your creativity, foresight, and judgment to conceive, plan, and deliver initiatives that drive positive change. Your deep professional knowledge will be instrumental in advising functional leaders, and your thought leadership within IT Services will be recognized and valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert content and professional leadership on complex IT Change Management initiatives.

  • Manage relationships with internal IT partner teams.

  • Ensure governance of IT Change Management and ITSM Practices to meet business controls requirements.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Utilize your ServiceNow expertise, including reporting and analytics hub, to optimize IT processes.

  • Collaborate on broader projects requiring a deep understanding of the wider business context.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar field.

  • Strong proficiency (5+ years) in ServiceNow, including reporting and analytics hub.

  • Experience in process improvement is required.

  • Project management skills are preferred.

  • ITIL v3+ Certified, Lean, A3, Six Sigma, PDCA, or other process improvement certification is highly preferred.
