Job Description:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about instructional design and training to design programs, produce content, and facilitate courses.
Our goal is to create innovative, effective, and comprehensive functional training to our global Employee Experience teams so they can provide the very best care and support to our Client colleagues worldwide.
Experience at Client, experience with Mac tools, experience with Keynote, Workday experience, facilitation of training huge plus, Can work independently, self-starter
Hybrid role - Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday in office Monday / Friday remote.
Can work in Raleigh office or Austin.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of instructional design experience writing curriculum, as well as building and delivering training content in the tech industry for a global audience
Excellent understanding of the latest thinking in adult learning concepts and techniques
Expertise in course facilitation
Excellent multitasking, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
Familiarity with multimedia tools such as (but not limited to) HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, Articulate Storyline, and Final Cut Pro
Experience authoring content for/within a Content Management System and administering a Learning Management System is a plus
Develop self-service resources and references for trainees and the team, including recorded (audio/video) off-the-shelf training
Education:
BA/BS or equivalent experience. Human Resources degree is a plus
