Job Description:

Primary skills:  

  • Strong customer service skills are necessary.  Some technical skills and experience are necessary (eg., comfort with troubleshooting browser and connectivity issues, experience with Active Directory is a plus), with strong technical skills being a plus.  Other needed skills: strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, ability to follow written procedures, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, ability to take direction and learn quickly, good typing speed, and strong team-oriented mindset. 

Description:

  • The MIM Commander will own Critical Incident Management and resolution end-to-end. MIM Captain will also be responsible for achieving Service Level Targets by pushing and probing technical SMEs and provide business and IT Leadership with timely accurate updates. The following are the core skills expected from this role.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytic and diagnostic skills

  • Highly confident and logical.

  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management.

  • Should have handled Technology Operations in any platform.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.

  • Appropriately obtain the risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for reputation and safeguarding the environment.

  • Applying sound judgment during the incident resolution.

  • problems, and provide resolution to restore services.

  • Knowledge on regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post incident restoration, complex processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 – 8 Years

Certifications:

  • ITIL V4 Foundation Mandatory

  • Preferable certifications in any of the platforms - Database and App server for application area, CCNA, MCSE, MCITP, MCP, SNIA, VCP, Security related for network and security area.

  • Preferable TOFAL/ IELTS certification.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in any of these platforms.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 – 8 Years 

Certifications:

  • ITIL V4 Foundation Mandatory

  • Preferable certifications in any of the platforms - Database and App server for application area, CCNA, MCSE, MCITP, MCP, SNIA, VCP, Security related for network and security area.

  • Preferable TOFAL/ IELTS certification.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in any of these platforms.

  • Oracle Database, SQL Server, WAS implementation and operations, Networking, Unix, Windows, Cloud Environment.
