Description of the HR Solutions Team:
HR Solutions oversees the operational support systems and processes across Talent Management including recruiting, onboarding, performance management and learning.
This includes building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across Technology, Compliance and Security to ensure our systems, processes and transactions are maximizing efficiency and in compliance with business requirements and government regulations.
This role would specifically align to and support the team responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Compliance Operations.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support day to day operations & compliance of talent acquisition processes and employee onboarding/offboarding, including background screening, right to work, severance and other compliance requirements.
Execute on projects related to technology enhancements, process improvements, candidate or employee experience, and/or regulatory requirements
Document project follow ups, deliverables and timelines as needed
Present updates to project stakeholders, either via virtual meetings or email communication
3-5 years of experience within a Recruiting, Onboarding, or Employee Experience function.
Have general experience with regulatory requirements around hiring, onboarding an offboarding employees.
Must have an aptitude for learning new systems and technologies.
Self-starter with a strong desire to identify the root-cause of issues and solve problems.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage numerous projects concurrently in a fast-changing environment.
Team player with strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability or aptitude for team leadership.
Experience with outsourced services and vendor management plus.
Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
Advanced excel and powerpoint.
