Job Description:

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Proactively support management full life cycle of complex cross-functional projects to deliver them in-scope, on-time, and on-budget

• Support the development of detailed project plans with realistic, achievable goals, defined actions, and milestones

• Ensure visibility to the project progress, milestones, and performance across all workstreams

• Leverage project management principles and methodologies to identify, manage and resolve issues and risks, ensure quality results

• Utilize an objective, transparent, fact-based perspective to proactively recommend opportunities of improvement to stakeholders and the program management team

• Engage with project sponsors, stakeholders, change management and communication partners to actively gather input, or solicit and address feedback.

• Support the and development of project budgets, schedules, works plans, resource requirements, cost estimates and projections

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in project support for large scale projects

• University degree and 3 to 7 years Project Management experience

• Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skills

• Ability to build relationships across the regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels

• Ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment

• Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills

• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities

• Overall experience in hands-on project management, preferably supporting Human Resources

• MS-Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and general MS-Office skills essential.
