Job Description:

Summary of This Role:

  • We are looking for an HR/Benefits Systems Support Analyst who has excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys working with customers to provide a high-quality service experience. This individual will be a subject matter expert on configuring and maintaining the Benefits Administration, Open Enrollment, Carrier Connection and HR modules in our cloud based HCM technology solution. Our team is comprised of highly experienced application support, implementation and data management professionals working with state-of-the-art technologies to serve our clients HCM technology needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a cross-functional team of Support Specialists to provide timely support to our Payroll & HR Solutions customers utilizing the Benefits & HR modules in our HCM platforms.

  • Configure Benefits Administration modules by analyzing customers benefit plans, coverages, eligibility and ultimately building out the Benefits Administration module based on the needs identified during analysis

  • Assist customers with Open Enrollment workflows & notifications, planning enrollment cycles, and rolling out to their employee base

  • Analyze customer needs related to HR information tracking and assist customer in maximizing their utilization of the technology solution we are providing to them.

  • Work with Third Parties such as Benefits Brokers, Third Party Administrators, and insurance carriers to establish and maintain Carrier Connection data feeds

  • Maintain up to date knowledge on HR related functionality enhancements in our HCM technology, documenting new features as well as updating process documents and training co-workers on new functionality.

  • Provide training to customers on HR functionality utilizing both remote presentation tools such as WebEx or Microsoft teams, as well as in person training when deemed appropriate by management
    Maintain knowledge and assist supporting other modules such as Applicant Tracking, ACA Reporting, Time & Attendance, and Payroll

  • Ability to problem solve complex data management and application configuration issues
    Other Support functions as required by the business including Application Support, Trouble Shooting, and User Maintenance 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience working with HRIS technology is preferred

  • Knowledge of HRIS/HCM concepts and technology is a must.

  • Prior system experience with iSolved, Kronos/SaaSHR, iCIMS, Workday, Paycom, Paycor, UltiPro or similar HCM platform is strongly preferred.

  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledgeof Microsoft Office products
