Provides support to requests from colleagues, managers, business partners and HR centers of excellence to answer questions, provide explanations, resolve issues and respond to inquiries related to onboarding.
Manage, process and support the various HR transactions (including onboarding, new hires, terminations, job and personal data changes, promotions) and administer routine functional HR work.
Collaborate with stakeholders in HR, IT, recruiting and others as needed
Enforce and adhere to state and federally mandated timelines (such as I-9 compliance)
Associate’s degree in a Human Resource related field or equivalent combination of training and/or experience
Minimum 1 year of work experience in HR
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Workday preferred
Ability to handle conflicting priorities and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner
Self-driven with a sense of ownership of work product and accountability as well as the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
