About Our Client:Our client, a leader in the financial services industry in Pennsylvania has a long term (6 month) contract role available as a HR Administrative Assistant.
Assisting with various Human Resources operational activities, including but not limited to onboarding, vendor management, expense reimbursement, scheduling and logistics, etc.
One year related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Handling incoming inquiries and directs them to appropriate HR specialists for non-routine or complex questions.
Responds to crew inquiries in real-time or a timely response.
Builds Human Resources acumen and business acumen to serve crew more effectively.
Assesses complexity of requests and answers directly or escalates to other Human Resource specialists.
Ensures applicable documentation is entered into the system of record so that new hire transactions and existing employee changes can be processed.
Supporting customer service and/or administrative support activities for Human Resources.
Navigates intranet to surface resources for crew and others. Advocates for all Human Resources policies and procedures.
Ensures data accuracy and integrity.
Leverages various internal systems to respond to, document, and monitor inquiries.
Educates crew on self-service options.
Promotes compliance with all corporate data administration and data security standards where possible.
May communicate with third parties and crew to resolve simple or repetitive issues.
Participating in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
