Job Description:
Role Responsibilities:
Assist with access requests and general tracking and documentation on related staffing ramp-up
Includes initial access request and completion follow up
Includes troubleshooting access issues, pulling in partners as needed
Includes tracking and assisting with equipment refresh and telecommuter deployments
Includes updates to seating capacity grids
Includes equipment inventory management.
Must-Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
Data Entry
Strong communication skills
Good attention to detail
Experience in a call center environment
Familiarity and/or experience with physical PC/laptop hardware setup
Ability to navigate in access request systems (will train)
