​Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist with access requests and general tracking and documentation on related staffing ramp-up 

  • Includes initial access request and completion follow up

  • Includes troubleshooting access issues, pulling in partners as needed

  • Includes tracking and assisting with equipment refresh and telecommuter deployments

  • Includes updates to seating capacity grids

  • Includes equipment inventory management.

Must-Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

  • Data Entry

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Experience in a call center environment

  • Familiarity and/or experience with physical PC/laptop hardware setup

  • Ability to navigate in access request systems (will train)
