Join our dynamic team, where you'll work with a range of technologies, including JavaScript, GraphQL, SQL, and more, to create scalable and robust solutions that drive better and more affordable healthcare for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate requirements into functional systems.

  • Develop and optimize back-end functions using JavaScript, GraphQL, and SQL.

  • Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing to ensure software quality.

  • Work closely with front-end developers and business analysts to communicate data requirements.

  • Utilize version control tools like Git and automate Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.

  • Design GraphQL web APIs and support microservices architecture.

  • Apply Object-Oriented design techniques for software development.

  • Explore containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to enhance scalability.

  • Enhance monitoring and data visualization using tools like CloudWatch, Grafana, and Kibana.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience developing GraphQL queries and mutations in JavaScript.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.

  • Familiarity with TDD and automated testing tools.

  • 1+ years of RDBMS SQL database experience.

  • Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Perl is preferred.

  • Agile team experience (Scrum or Kanban).

  • Knowledge of JSON and CSV data formats in JavaScript.

  • Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus.

  • Understanding of CI/CD environments (Jenkins/Ansible experience a plus).

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

  • Preferred: Background or interest in Healthcare domains.

Education:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent workplace experience.
