Job Description:

Clinical Trial Payments Analyst:

• Provides overall management of a designated centralized Clinical Trial Payments mailbox.

• Collaborates with internal and external partners on troubleshooting, resolution and follow-up of payment inquiries and issues.

• Responsible for the initial compliance validation including budget confirmation, PO match, study match, and vendor match.

• Responsible for processing a high-volume of invoice submissions including data capture.

• Responsible for report generation and report publishing.

• Troubleshoots and addresses all internal and external stakeholder invoice-related inquiries.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on advanced systems including SAP, GCO Tracker/ Request Portal, Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, and Word.

• Works closely with internal and external stakeholders including vendor partners as required.

• Collaborates with the broader team and supports troubleshooting, resolution and follow-up of vendor payment inquiries and issues.

Competency Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to manage large volume of time-sensitive deliverables with limited supervision.

• Extensive knowledge of the financial systems and payment process as it relates to the operational and financial management of clinical trials.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Competency in SAP, Ariba, Excel, Word.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP including reporting functionality.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.

• Prior experience working on clinical trial payments.

• Experience in financial or health sciences or related industries (pharmaceutical, hospital-based, doctor’s office, laboratory, CRO, etc.)
