Job Description:
This role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of the engagement and provide proof of such vaccinations within 3 days of commencement of services.
Role will be ONSITE.
The ideal candidate has experience designing and implementing mandated initiatives with strong technical skills while collaborating with functional partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Mortgage system support for our production teams
Partner with Technology to review mortgage system issues in real time.
Assist team with governance of subsequent system defects.
Tracking progress, confirming priority, and validating solutions.
Review development solutions and testing evidence.
Work closely with Technology during system outages: communicate status to business, detail user and client impact with Technology, and opine on level of notification alerts required.
Manage system entitlements across Home Loans.
Perform periodic platform wide reconciliations across all applications: insuring consistency between vendors and MSHL as well as profile level review to maintain segregation of duty controls.
Enhance existing enterprise roles to adapt to mortgage business changes.
Conduct periodic reviews with Vendors on their supplied reporting.
Assist with new application onboarding and oversight of key reviews related to security architecture and information security.
Lead multiple projects managing technology business risk for strategic initiatives within Home Loans.
Collaborate with work stream owners to prioritize system enhancement requests across the Home Loans Platform.
Collaborate with Application Development Team to identify stakeholders, maintain program status and timeline, and report milestones.
Work closely with Application Development Team to manage monthly deployments.
Manage production validation checkouts for change requests
Preferred Experience:
Working knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
Experience with Software Development Agile methodology.
Three to Five years of experience on large projects.
Experience working and creating Jira Stories.
Must have the ability to build consensus across teams.
Mortgage Industry knowledge (preferred).
Experience in reporting results of key initiatives to Executive level management.
Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
College degree required, advance degree a plus.
Wealth Management/Private Bank experience (preferred).
Skills:
Must be able to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business users and technology partners.
Ability to create clear and concise communications using strong analytic and writing skills.
Ability to create executive summaries, issues/risks summaries, and project plans/gantt charts.
Ability to create presentations for business users, technology developers and/or senior management that summarizes complex business processes, pain points and/or solutions as well as plans to improve.
Confident, proactive, and independent self-starter.
Proven track record of great teamwork and ability to work across organizational boundaries.
Adept at working in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment.
Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving.
Strong organizational skills:
Ability to intelligently forward plan and prioritize for deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
Excellent attention to detail.
