Job Description:
Team management skills, managing a team of minimum 10+ resources
Responsible for handling multiple sites(hospitals/clinics) within Chicago area
Drive and motivate the team
Customer relationship building
Customer escalation management
ServiceNow experience preferred
SLA and KPI management
Good knowledge on field services management (Desktop/End user computing)
Incident and request management
Familiar with ticketing tool
Reviewing technicians’ performance and utilization review
On call support
Report generation from ticketing tool
