Job Description:

  • *This assignment will be on site.

  • This role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of the engagement and provide proof of such vaccinations within 3 days of commencement of services**

  • *Note there will be 2 rounds of interviews.

  • The first will be a Zoom with 3 members of the team, and the second will be on-site.

Key responsibilities includes :

  • Managing the daily schedule of the Chief Marketing Officer

  • Handling all travel arrangements for the Chief Marketing Officer (booking flights, hotels and ground transportation; collecting all relevant details and preparing trip itineraries; communicating with trip organizers)

  • Organizing and submitting all expenses for the Chief Marketing Officer

  • Assisting team leaders with scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense submissions as needed

  • Maintaining the teams master client and field engagement schedule

  • Answering phone inquiries for the Chief Marketing Officer and directing as appropriate

  • Planning, organizing, and implementing events such as team meetings and retreats

  • Performing administrative responsibilities such as maintaining files, photocopying, faxing, collating, etc., as needed

  • Taking on special projects as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer

  • The ideal candidate is:

  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the financial services industry or with a technology team

  • Someone who exhibits sound judgement with the ability to prioritize and make decisions

  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives

  • A team-player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Three to five years prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team

  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Familiarity with client and the financial/wealth management industry a plus

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
