Job Description

  • This role will be responsible for supporting DMe (Digital Media) SLC Product Operations team, specifically the company-wide Service Life Cycle (SLC) process to improve efficiencies.

  • The SLC process brings consistency to executive level reviews, portfolio management, and planningas well as a communication framework and reporting structure of company level strategic priorities and roadmaps that roll up to the CEO and Executive Team. While being directly responsible for DMe BU, this role will work closely with partners across all Adobe business units to ensure consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the SLC Review calendar and SLC review metrics.

  • Support the SLC team in maintaining and tracking SLC metrics and reports across multiple platforms.

What youll do:

  • Manage the complete DME SLC calendar including meeting invites, review attendance, pre-meeting communications and touch

  • points, technical/logistical support for the meetings, and meeting follow-up.

  • Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants throughout Adobe to ensure effective timing and attendance at SLC meetings.

  • Work with teams before and after meetings to provide support, distribute and collect required information and document review outcomes for reports and dashboards.

  • Maintain SLC metrics, documentation, and resources utilized by the company.

Skills needed to succeed:

BA/BS degree; Minimum of 8-10 years administrative experience in high tech industry.

  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and calendaring. Knowledge of JIRA is a plus.

  • Sense of humor, positive attitude, no ego - willing to follow through and do what it takes to get the job done.

  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under critical deadlines and manage workload with minimum direction in a fast-paced environment.

  • Extremely organized with the ability to work autonomously, pro-active - takes initiative and follow through.

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities required.

  • Remains calm under pressure with strong executive presence.

  • Manage time effectively and proven ability to prioritize when there are conflicting priorities to ensure key projects meet deadlines.

  • Ability to anticipate issues and work through them in a preemptive nature.
