Ecommerce Sales Operations Manager

  • The ecommerce Sales Operations position is responsible for Direct to Consumer (DTC) business in the United States, Canada and future Latin American commerce locales primarily focused on site and platform operations. This role will be responsible for managing and executing ecommerce business operations including promotion approval and creation process, on-site promotional campaign executions, site merchandising, order management and more.

  • This person will work cross-functionally across the organization to develop and execute plans to improve our E-Commerce campaigns, content to support commerce and digital consumer journey, and targeted merchandising tactics in order to optimize conversion and site experience. This will require close collaboration with Global Brand Equity (GBE), Regional Channel Marketing and Supply Chain teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong e-commerce background with experience in executing promotion planning and be comfortable navigating and organizing large data sets and site analysis tools.  You are detail-oriented, structured, and strategic in your approach, and comfortable with change in a dynamic work environment. Although this role will primarily support North and Latin America, you will be part of the Global DTC team collaborating with various global cross-functional team members across time zones, also with the opportunity for centralizing and optimizing processes at a Global level where appropriate.


  • Managing promotional approvals & creation process consolidating all requests, securing approvals & guiding ops team for creation

  • Working with internal teams to understand campaign plans, landing page opportunities & build an annual campaign calendar

  • Project managing campaign executions building an execution tracker with key milestones & coordinate timely inputs from all stakeholders

  • Helping to implement commerce-focused content pages & experiences throughout the website: eg. Sales Pages, Gift Guides, Value Proposition implementation and other commerce content experiences throughout the site

  • Being responsible for site analysis of key user journeys, understanding KPIs such as bounce rate, cart & checkout funnel etc. both for 1) always on reporting and quarterly site experience analysis and 2) analysis of tactics implemented to understand ROI of campaigns, new features, activations etc.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for commercial feature platform requirements which could include merchandising features or other commercial (eg. Conversion driving, or AOV increasing) tactics

  • Providing clear functional requirements, user stories, industry examples, design input, and business cases to aid in prioritization to Product Managers and Platform team for implementation

  • Helping to lead the strategy, implementation and performance of Targeted Merchandising Tactics

  • Being responsible as the main point of contact for troubleshooting North & Latin American DTC operational topics (eg. order issues, platform, pricing, promotion) while engaging subject matters as needed


  • 4+ years related industry experience

  • 1-2 years experience in e-commerce, sales operations, and/or retail inventory management

  • Understanding of digital channels, tools, and commerce platforms

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, with high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Self-driven, ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Interest in technology, consumer technology, or consumer electronics

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner/ Manager, UX, Site Merchandising, Business Analyst or related Site Experiences roles are highly desirable


  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
