Job Description:

​Summary:

  • Project manage and execute key employee engagement programs, including enterprise awards and recognition programs such as the Applause recognition system and bi-annual CEO Award

  • Support employee feedback to support enterprise culture improvements, including administrative support of quarterly and annual culture surveys, analysis of results, partnership with key stakeholders and leadership, and ideation and implementation of enterprise action plans

  • Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to promote engagement and drive campaigns internally

  • Leverage excellent Microsoft Office and analytics skills to analyze monthly reports for recognition platform and utilize data to ideate recommendations to increase recognition for employees

  • Benchmark competitor culture strategies and make recommendations on innovative approaches to increase engagement and retain talent

  • Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Employer Brand, Internal Communications, HR Business Partners, University Relations, Talent Acquisition, DE&I and Learning & Development and more to ideate, support, and execute moments of engagement throughout employee experience journey while further embedding employee engagement across all People Team practices

  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee budgets, manage scopes of work, and negotiate contracts

Necessary Skills / Attributes:

  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years of experience preferred in Project Management, Engagement, Communications, Marketing, or HR

  • Strong problem solving mindset, with the ability to seek creative solutions to problems as they arise;

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once and prioritize based off of changing business priorities

  • Strong organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail and follow through

  • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within an organization

  • Willingness to think outside the box and present new ideas

  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously; Self-initiative along with the ability to respond quickly to client requests and foster professional business relationships; Innovative self-starter with passion for excellence

  • Able to thrive in high volume, fast paced environment

  • Comfortable working with teams in different office locations, and promoting teamwork

Must have skills:
