Must Haves:

Sitecore- CMS/CMP

• Or a very similar content management - like Adobe Experience Center or EPiServer

• Preference is Sitecore

• The contractor will be doing webpage building essentially.

• They are given content- no copy writing- just creating and constructing the Sitecore page to a specific design, specific layout, or based on content they have been given.

• Modular components- like Lego brinks and building a web page and just being able to go in, double check content- that it's been laid out correct- from a front-end perspective, publishing pages.

• It would be great if they had:

• The ability to bring in images from a DAM.

• Knowledge on content trees

• They could be asked to do UAT testing- are images displaying correctly? is everythign rendering?

• Not a technical UAT but more so a user friendly UAT and doing content audits and filling gaps for content building and webpage building for various regions.

• Just having good self PM skills

• Global roles - Will need great communication.
