Job Description:
Primary: Strong MacOS proficiency & Strong network/IT knowledge
Provide troubleshooting and support to majority Macintosh/Apple user base
Provide support to non-standard/development hardware, such as IoT and VR
Support Video production projects & equipment.
Manage and support IT needs for annual sessions (FIZZ Forum)
Liaise with Team leads on IT/security needs for new development projects
Manage purchasing and maintenance of all STIC IT / computer inventory
Liaise with customers, other IT support groups, and third-party providers when necessary
Maintain Asset Management related to assigned hardware.
