Job Description:

Primary: Strong MacOS proficiency  & Strong network/IT knowledge

  • Provide troubleshooting and support to majority Macintosh/Apple user base

  • Provide support to non-standard/development hardware, such as IoT and VR

  • Support Video production projects & equipment.

  • Manage and support IT needs for annual sessions (FIZZ Forum)

  • Liaise with Team leads on IT/security needs for new development projects

  • Manage purchasing and maintenance of all STIC IT / computer inventory

  • Liaise with customers, other IT support groups, and third-party providers when necessary

  • Maintain Asset Management related to assigned hardware.
