Job Description:

  • Imaging, Configuration, and Support of Micros POS Terminals, Tablets, and Kitchen Printers.

  • Installation & Support of Micros Mobile Solutions Software and Label Printers.

  • Micros EMC password resets.

  • Installation & Support of RDC Check Scanners, Configuration of Network printers with ASEND, Faxing capabilities, AP scanning buttons.

  • ADP time clock installation and support.

  • Password reset for Networks accounts in Active Directory User & Computers.

  • Responsible for working closely with Micros Team for resolution of issues above RDS micros access.

  • Comply with the handling response and resolution of SLA's during business and non-business hours.

  • Coordinating with users to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve P1 and P2 issues on demand.
