Job Description:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Validating a customer’s application for programs/services.

  • Clearing payment exceptions.

  • Contacting customers.

  • Handling various activities designed at ensuring the data within our customer service system is accurate and complete.

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Customer Service Experience in banking or collections.

  • Ability to change course when an urgent matter arises.

  • Good Written, Verbal and Communication Skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex issues well both in writing and verbally.
