Job Description:
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
Validating a customer’s application for programs/services.
Clearing payment exceptions.
Contacting customers.
Handling various activities designed at ensuring the data within our customer service system is accurate and complete.
Required Skills/Attributes
3 years of Customer Service Experience in banking or collections.
Ability to change course when an urgent matter arises.
Good Written, Verbal and Communication Skills
Ability to communicate complex issues well both in writing and verbally.
Desired Skills/Attributes
Three (3) years of experience in customer service and resolving customer inquiries.
Experience with SAP applications.
Experience with the payment processes and/or banking knowledge.
Experience evaluating data and drawing logical conclusions.
