Job Description:

  • Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:

  • Validating a customer’s application for programs/services.

  • Clearing payment exceptions.

  • Contacting customers.

  • Handling various activities designed at ensuring the data within our customer service system is accurate and complete.

Required Skills/Attributes          

  • 3 years of Customer Service Experience in banking or collections.

  • Ability to change course when an urgent matter arises.

  • Good Written, Verbal and Communication Skills

  • Ability to communicate complex issues well both in writing and verbally.

Desired Skills/Attributes             

  • Three (3) years of experience in customer service and resolving customer inquiries.

  • Experience with SAP applications.

  • Experience with the payment processes and/or banking knowledge.

  • Experience evaluating data and drawing logical conclusions.
