Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have a mix of classroom and on-the-job experiences to acquire the skills needed for this job.


  • 1 to 4 years in customer facing sales and/or service role. Polished communicator, verbal and written. Detail oriented, excellent follow through.

  • Basic computer skills and the ability and willingness to learn new skills.  Professional, outgoing, personable, reliable. Self-starter.  Demonstrates the ability to make constructive use of feedback.  Can manage conflict effectively.  Startup experience is a plus.


  • Troubleshoot software, connectivity and hardware issues for customers via phone, email.

  • Resolve escalated (In Warranty) support tickets

  • Return processing
