Job Description:

• We are looking for people with a passion for helping clients. The successful candidate will serve as a vital member of the team.

• Responsibilities: Execute a wide variety of client service processes including account opening, funding, and maintenance, third party advisor support, etc. Take client calls, handling client questions at the point of contact where applicable, and transferring incoming calls when needed. Maintain service processes according to established compliance and risk requirements.

• BA/BS with 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
