Handle both inbound and outbound client calls and emails, addressing low-severity inquiries, and escalating technical issues as necessary.
Assist clients with various aspects of vehicle functionality, including charging, scheduling service appointments, and accessing in-car features.
Perform Voice of the Customer Welcome and Ownership Calls to enhance client engagement.
Utilize Salesforce to accurately document interactions and monitor the sales funnel for Specter Pre Orders.
Collaborate with internal support teams and engineering departments to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.
Maintain a deep understanding of our luxury automotive offerings and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for effective communication and documentation.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support.
Preferred background in the luxury automotive industry, demonstrating familiarity with industry practices and customer expectations.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous, with a preference for candidates who possess a sales-oriented mindset.
This is a full-time hybrid position, with in-office presence required on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Expected Schedule -
Friday- 6:30 am-7 pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (11 Â½ hours)
Saturday- 9:00 am-6 pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (8 hours)
Sunday- 9:00 am-6 pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (8 hours)
Monday- 6:30 am-7 pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (11 Â½ hours)
Tuesday- 6:30 am-7pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (11 Â½ hours)
Total Weekly Hours= 50 Â½ hours
Hybrid- In Office Monday and Tuesday
