job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound client calls and emails, addressing low-severity inquiries, and escalating technical issues as necessary.

  • Assist clients with various aspects of vehicle functionality, including charging, scheduling service appointments, and accessing in-car features.

  • Perform Voice of the Customer Welcome and Ownership Calls to enhance client engagement.

  • Utilize Salesforce to accurately document interactions and monitor the sales funnel for Specter Pre Orders.

  • Collaborate with internal support teams and engineering departments to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our luxury automotive offerings and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for effective communication and documentation.

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support.

  • Preferred background in the luxury automotive industry, demonstrating familiarity with industry practices and customer expectations.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous, with a preference for candidates who possess a sales-oriented mindset.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time hybrid position, with in-office presence required on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • Expected Schedule -

  • Friday- 6:30 am-7 pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (11 ½ hours)

  • Saturday- 9:00 am-6 pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (8 hours)

  • Sunday- 9:00 am-6 pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (8 hours)

  • Monday- 6:30 am-7 pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (11 ½ hours)

  • Tuesday- 6:30 am-7pm EST w/1 hour lunch break (11 ½ hours)

  • Total Weekly Hours= 50 ½ hours

  • Hybrid- In Office Monday and Tuesday
