Provides support by telephone, live online, or email to internal and external customers on the use of client’s products and services.
Inputs/tracks all communications, problems, and requests from customers. Performs research, troubleshoots systems, and provides resolution for reported application issues. Problem resolution may require follow-up with customers and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise.
Minimum Education: Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience: Two (2) years related experience
