  • They provide drug distribution and consulting related to medical business operations and patient services.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks requiring quick resolution of issues to allow Credit and Collection Clerks I and II to perform their tasks in a more timely basis, assisting with the training of new associates, and interacting with outside customers and other departments relative to specific assigned accounts.


  • Inbound and outbound telephone calls required; 20-40 calls a day

  • Collects on accounts in assigned portfolio.

  • Answering inbound and outbound emails; 50-100 e-mails

  • Comfortable with collections and root cause analysis conversations.

  • Assists associates within Credit and Collections dept. with problems on accounts.

  • Trains other associates within the Credit and Collections department.

  • Communicates with other departments regarding process improvements.

  • Approves and processes customer refund check requests which are submitted by levels I and II Credit and Collection Clerks and under a predetermined amount.

  • Assists management in customer problem resolution and participates in decision-making.

  • Performs related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Must be a self-starter.

  • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions; ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of computers to operate effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook, SAP.
