Job Description:

• Develop and implement staffing strategies for teams within the Marketing Organization

• Manage staffing allocation while working with the team to determine appropriate staffing

• Maintain an understanding of key skills needed and current skill sets, to align employees to project staffing needs

• Utilize Resource Management systems to analyze and generate status reports and communications to leadership

• Provide project leads, creative producers, and marketers with ongoing resource management and related support

• Monitor employee utilization and workload and act as a day-to-day contact for any resourcing questions in the organization

• Field new project requests and partner with MS&O Program Management team to recommend resourcing solutions in a resource-constrained environment

• Mitigate resource concerns by flagging risks to leaders, reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff

• Document processes and maintain records

Skills:

• Minimum two years recent resource management experience in a similar industry

• Experience in consulting, finance, or tech

• Strong technology skills and ability to learn new tools quickly

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate cross-functionally

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to present in front of senior leadership

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
