​Job Description:

  • Assist in the development of / or updates to required deliverables to include but not limited to, change summary, stakeholder impact analyses, communication, education, and engagement strategies, and plans

  • Experience with Major incident management communication, upgrade communication, Maintenance, release packages

  • Support the development of and provide input into project plans to track progress and milestones; prepare and provide weekly reporting on progress

  • Recommendation of effective communication strategies and channels to effectively communicate with impacted audiences based on their needs

  • Develop a variety of engaging, well-designed communications materials, including emails, infographics, podcasts, video scripts, responsive email templates, PowerPoint presentations, training materials, frequently asked questions, leader talking points, 1-page overviews/summaries, job aids, website wireframes, and other digital/multimedia communications

  • Review, research, summarize and synthesize complex information from multiple sources to create clear, compelling, and easy to understand messages and materials

  • Development of executive-level presentations to effectively communicate vision, business problems, impact on the organization, expectations, timing, etc…

  • Development of visual illustrations to summarize complex business problems and the approach to implementing long-term sustainable solutions

  • Coordinate and manage the execution of delivering communication materials to intended audiences to project timelines

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies & material and demonstrate agility by adjusting future communication approaches when needed

  • Identify and recommend creative ideas to deliver on strategic goals

  • Execute a variety of communications campaigns, including awareness, branding, launch, and more

  • Create a broad range of communication materials for a variety of audiences across multiple communication channels, including print, digital, and multimedia

  • Collaborate with our incident support team to develop, manage and drive Major Incident Management Communications.

  • Coordinate with IT PMs and Development teams to ensure communication gets to the correct stakeholders regarding Upgrades, planned maintenance downtimes, and new releases by packaging the information up to summarize the impact to the business and major stakeholders.


  • Graphic design (PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Executive communication background

  • Creative thinker with the ability to create visual communications

  • Understanding of change management strategies & techniques

  • Awareness/understanding of Human Resource management

  • Ability to summarize and synthesize complex information

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage assignments with tight deadlines from multiple sources

  • Project planning experience

  • Ability to anticipate risks and barrier to effective communication and delivery dates

  • Demonstrate agility by quickly adjusting as the needs of the business change

  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

  • Attention to details; strong editing and proofreading skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively and independently


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Technical Communication, Technical Writing or another related field

  • 3+ years of related professional experience in communications, change management, or other related fields

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills

  • Ability to think creatively and conceptually, with a passion for storytelling

  • Strong creative, writing, editing, organizational, and strategic planning skills and a willingness to learn from others

  • Experience with or exposure to change management and communication strategies

  • Presentation experience and understanding of digital, print, and video communication channels

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through

  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Project management support and work plan development experience
