Qualifications/Requirements: 5+ years working on Collibra administration and development? Collibra Solution Architect certification? Detailed knowledge of and experience with Collibra Business and Data Assets? Adapt existing Collibra models and design new components.? Collibra administration and configuration of Collibra platform? Ingesting Collibra data (mostly Business and Data Assets, Data Lineages) from existing Collibra implementations? Ingesting into Collibra from external sources? Build data lineages in Collibra? Train data analysts to handle Collibra maintenance activities? SQL, Google Cloud Platform BigQuery and Mulesoft are plusesDESIRED CHARACTERISTICS? Project management skills including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time/budget - highly desired? SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Collibra administrator/developer to take control of a Collibra installation we?re developing to document our data system. This position will be for 3 to 6 months and will report to the Data Quality Manager.The person we bring on board will have experience building Collibra systems from scratch as well as working with and upgrading existing systems. This person should also be able to collaborate successfully with people at several levels, from tech staff to department heads to non-technical users. The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and timely fashion is essential.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Administer and do routine maintenance on a Collibra installation that includes workflows and lineages? Coordinate with our sister organization that operates a similar installation? Make changes to our Collibra installation as required? Proposal new features to incorporate? Keep a detailed log of changes made to the Collibra installation? Answer user questions? Work with system staff to coordinate user access and security? Work with department heads and staff to keep data current and accurate
