Job Title: Collections Agent

Location: 266 Beacon Drive Winterville, NC 28590

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $14.85/hr.

Job Description:

• Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.g., a minimum call per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio, and promises kept.

• Determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist delinquent customers

• Ensure that all delinquent accounts and assigned queues have been thoroughly worked according to standardized collection procedures.

• Previous Bilingual customer service, collections, or sales experience
