Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the tactical execution of the clinical trial recruitment plan under the direction of the Recruitment Strategy Lead.

  • Assists with the timely implementation and delivery of tactical aspects of the recruitment plan.

  • Meets with assigned Recruitment Strategy Lead regularly to communicate status updates and review progress against the recruitment plan. Identifies potential areas of delay and proposes potential corrective action or mitigation.

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of therapeutic area knowledge for their clinical trial book of work and proactively seeks opportunities to enhance their expertise.

  • Monitors ongoing recruitment progress on assigned clinical trials and actively reviews available analytic data to propose recommendations and/or adjust course.

  • Meets regularly with clinical trial team members on their assigned book of work and effectively communicates ongoing progress and seeks feedback on recruitment effort.

  • Participates in recruitment team and other team meetings as appropriate and shares best practices and lessons learned.

  • Connects as needed with CTEE team leaders to provide updates, communicate issues and identify potential areas for process improvement.

  • Contributes to the ongoing development, maintenance and enhancement of BMS Study Connect by seeking ways to leverage it as a communication platform to drive awareness of and access to BMS Clinical Trials.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical trial experience with study start up and/or patient recruitment and retention tactics.

  • Effective problem solver with the ability to manage role-based tasks with limited supervision.

  • Solution oriented team player who seeks creative ideas and willingly shares learnings with team.

Knowledge of the drug development process and the project management of clinical trials.
