Looking for Call center Representative, 100% remote role
Will be taking calls from teammates on the Covid line.
Calls can range from questions about:
Recording vaccine status in Workday
Attaching vaccine card
Reporting Covid Positive Case
Processing Operational Work within Workday
Work hours are aligned with HR Central 9 to 5 EST.
People Skills (HR Call Center)
Computer Skills (various applications will be used; experience in each not required to show vast number of programs)
