Job Description:

  • Looking for Call center Representative, 100% remote role

  • Will be taking calls from teammates on the Covid line. 

  • Calls can range from questions about:

    • Recording vaccine status in Workday

    • Attaching vaccine card

    • Expressing concerns

    • Reporting Covid Positive Case

    • Reporting Exposure

  • Processing Operational Work within Workday

  • Work hours are aligned with HR Central 9 to 5 EST.

  • People Skills (HR Call Center)

  • Detail Oriented

  • Flexible

  • Computer Skills (various applications will be used; experience in each not required to show vast number of programs)

    • SalesForce

    • Workday

    • Outlook

    • Excel

    • Word
