​Job Description:

• At least 3 years relevant experience required. Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive documentation, including validation and traceability, for existing and new processes supporting various applications and systems.

• This position understands how organizations function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an organization requires to provide a service.

• Facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of issues within multiple applications.

• Plans, directs, and completes error/issue resolution with technical teams for problems to be solved.

• Reviews and drives any changes needed as a result of a daily reconciliation.

• Holds cross-functional teams accountable to ensure issues are resolved within targeted SLA.

• Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing processes and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

• Plans facilitate and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources.

• Ability to visualize the big picture and ensure robust process flows, system flows, and develop operations.
