Job ​Description:

• Create fraud matrices and risk assessments for Cable TV and IoT product lines.

• Develop and maintain an understanding of the technology vendors and solution providers and how their solutions align to our identified fraud risk areas.

• Review and provide feedback on large-scale technical and business decisions and develop standards utilizing superior technical and analytical skills; excellent business knowledge, and

• knowledge of current and future technology roadmaps.

• Create User Stories and Business Requirements; Champion Fraud needs on Enterprise Projects; Track projects through entire lifecycle, and provide Go/No-Go decisions.

• Partner with Product and Technology teams to define, analyze, and create requirements and business cases for new initiatives.

• Participate in landscape/roadmap decisions and steering.

• Identify major gaps and opportunities, and introduce unique and repeatable solutions.

• Lead, inspire, influence, and manage across internal functions and external partners to deliver on functional goals and KPIs.

• Identify & respond to cross-project, complex impacts.

• Experience with Internet of things and fraud is required.
